Level 1 vs. level 2 hiring is based on prior experience and current knowledge. Required Qualifications Have prior experience with Audience or Talent Management, Audio Recording or Reinforcement, FX, Lighting, Costuming, Properties, Networking, Rigging, or Video equipment. Have a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with other students, staff, faculty and the general public. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Being accurate and attentive to detail Customer-service oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience in troubleshooting, programming, and repairing Audio, FX, Lighting, Costuming, Properties, or Video equipment and systems. A background in the Live Performance & Entertainment industry. Minimum 2.5 GPA Job Duties Possible duties include: Back-of-House Management, Front-of-House Management, etc. Setup, operate, maintain, and strike equipment and venues. Update and maintain all paperwork, and/or other systems which allow other workers to successfully perform their duties. Cross-train with other production departments and equipment. All other duties as assigned.
