Moonlight Lighting is hiring an On-Demand Night Technician to help with event lighting, draping, and Christmas light installation. This is a great opportunity for students attending school who want to earn money without committing to a traditional daytime work schedule. Most work will take place at night or during early-morning hours, leaving your daytime hours more open for classes and studying. As an on-demand position, work will be offered as projects and scheduling needs arise. Responsibilities Assist with event lighting and draping setup and takedown. Help install, maintain, and remove Christmas lights. Load, unload, organize, and transport equipment. Safely use ladders, tools, and other installation equipment. Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally. Follow instructions and maintain a safe work environment. Travel to event venues and residential or commercial properties throughout Utah. Schedule & Flexibility Primarily night shifts and early-morning shifts. On-demand work based on available projects and company scheduling needs. Ideal for students who need to keep their daytime hours open for school. Some shifts may run late into the night or begin very early in the morning. Weekend availability is important, especially during busy event and holiday seasons. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and willing to work when scheduled. Comfortable working at heights and using ladders. Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing hands-on work. Willing to work late nights, early mornings, and occasional extended shifts. Able to follow directions and work well with a team.
