Reports To:

Lead Pastor Position Overview Elsinore First is seeking a creative, organized, and technically skilled Media, Production & Social Media Director to oversee all visual, digital, and production communication. This role supports the mission of the church by ensuring our services, online presence, and media content are excellent, engaging, and aligned with our vision. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who is both creative and ministry-minded, with a passion for telling stories, elevating worship environments, and helping people connect with the church. Key Responsibilities1. Sunday & Wednesday Service Production Oversight Lead the overall production experience for Sunday services and Wednesday night services (audio, video, lighting). Coordinate and support volunteers serving in production roles. Ensure smooth execution of worship services (slides, cameras, livestream, recordings). Set up and tear down equipment as needed. 2. Media Creation & Content Capture and edit video content for sermons, announcements, testimonies, promotions, and events. Produce short-form content (reels, stories, highlight videos). Manage photography for services and events. Oversee graphics creation (series artwork, slides, event promotion materials). 3. Social Media Management Manage all church social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok if applicable). Plan and schedule posts weekly. Develop consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and track analytics. Grow the church's online presence with creative strategy. 4. Website & Digital Communication Keep the church website updated with current events, sermon uploads, photos, and information. Assist in creating email newsletters, digital bulletins, and app updates (if applicable). 5. Volunteer Development Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for media and production teams. Create simple guides and training materials to empower volunteers. 6. Strategy & Collaboration Work closely with pastors and ministry leaders to creatively communicate church vision, events, and stories. Participate in planning meetings as needed. Maintain consistency of church branding across all media. Qualifications Experience in media production, video editing, and social media management. Proficiency with relevant tools (Final Cut, Premiere, Canva, Photoshop, ProPresenter, digital sound boards, lighting systems). Strong storytelling and creative eye for design. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Comfortable leading volunteers and communicating with staff. Alignment with the mission, beliefs, and values of Elsinore First. Ability to work Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings , plus flex hours during the week.

Hours & Compensation Part-time:

28 hours per week

Compensation:

$21-26 Hourly (depending on experience) Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights are required , with flexible scheduling during the week for content creation and planning.
