This is a true production role-not a back-office portfolio maintenance seat. You'll have the autonomy, credit support, and infrastructure to grow meaningful relationships and be rewarded directly for performance.

About the Role Build a real book with a bank that actually supports production. If you're feeling capped, slowed down by credit process, or limited in earnings potential, this is worth a confidential conversation. Responsibilities Build and manage a $10MM-$50MM+ commercial portfolio Develop new C&I and CRE relationships in your market Structure, originate, and close commercial credits Maintain strong asset quality while growing revenue

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 5-10 years of commercial lending or credit analysis experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Required Skills Exceptional financial analysis, relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Deep understanding of commercial credit, risk management, and local market trends.
