Non-Exempt Position Overview:

CPP, a leading automotive parts company specializing in components and kits for custom, classic, and performance vehicles, is seeking a creative and skilled Video & Photography Content Specialist to join our team. This full-time position will be responsible for producing high-quality video and photography that showcases CPP products, installation kits, vehicle builds, and other automotive content. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with video production from start to finish and is comfortable working in an automotive environment where the subject matter ranges from individual components to complete custom vehicles. We are looking for someone who understands how to make automotive products look great on camera while creating clear, engaging content for customers, marketing, social media, product education, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, and edit video content featuring CPP automotive parts, kits, installations, vehicles, and company projects.
• Produce product demonstration, installation, promotional, educational, and social media videos.
• Photograph automotive parts, product kits, custom vehicles, installations, events, and other company content.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other video and photography equipment.
• Edit video using PC-based professional video editing software.
• Edit and enhance photography using Adobe Photoshop and related programs.
• Create polished final video content, including graphics, titles, transitions, audio, and basic color correction.
• Capture detailed product shots that clearly communicate product features, quality, and applications.
• Work closely with CPP's marketing, product, sales, and technical teams to develop content that supports company goals.
• Organize and maintain video footage, photographs, and digital media assets.
• Produce content in multiple formats for websites, social media, digital advertising, product pages, trade shows, and other marketing channels.
• Help develop creative concepts and identify new opportunities for video and photography content.

Qualifications:

• Previous professional or demonstrated experience in videography, video production, photography, or multimedia content creation.
• Experience with PC-based professional video editing software .
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop ; experience with additional Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, audio, and basic production techniques.
• Ability to take a project from concept and filming through editing and final production.
• Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with other departments.
• Portfolio or examples of previous video and photography work required.

Automotive Experience:

Automotive knowledge or experience is highly desirable. An interest in classic cars, custom vehicles, hot rods, performance vehicles, restoration, or automotive aftermarket parts is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will be comfortable filming in both studio and shop/garage environments and will have an eye for capturing the details automotive enthusiasts care about.

Position Details:

This is a full-time position with benefits available. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Pay:
