Each Tribune covers the teams, athletes, stories, and sports culture within its city through social media and digital articles. We are currently looking for Head Operators and Secondary Operators to help grow and operate the Temecula Sports Tribune . This is a remote position, but applicants should be located in or around Temecula . We want operators who understand the local sports community and can use their knowledge and connections to help grow the Tribune. What You'll Do Help operate the Temecula Sports Tribune social media accounts Create and publish sports-related Instagram content Write and upload sports articles to our website Follow local Temecula youth teams, athletes, and sports news Find stories and content opportunities within the area Help grow the Tribune's audience and local presence Build relationships and connections within the Temecula sports community Work with other Sports Tribune operators Head Operator Head Operators take the lead on their city's Tribune. They help manage the account, oversee content, coordinate with Secondary Operators, and focus on growing the overall Temecula market.

Estimated commitment:

Approximately 1-2 hours per day. Secondary Operator Secondary Operators work alongside the Head Operator to create content, publish articles, cover local stories, and keep the account consistently active.

Approximately 1 hour per day. Compensation This is currently a commission-based position . Operators earn commission from qualifying sales generated by the articles and content they create. Sports Tribune will also offer performance-based incentives, including Tribune of the Month and individual operator awards . As Sports Tribune expands, strong-performing operators may have opportunities to move into larger leadership roles within the company. Who We're Looking For You may be a good fit if you: Live in or around Temecula Follow sports and understand the local sports scene Are comfortable using Instagram and social media Have an interest in sports media, journalism, marketing, business, or content creation Can work independently and consistently Have strong communication skills Want to help build something from its early stages College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
