If you own a drone, enjoy photography, work well independently, and want the flexibility to take on projects that fit your schedule, we want to hear from you. About the Opportunity This is an independent contractor, project-based opportunity. You are not required to work a set schedule or minimum number of hours. Projects are offered based on client demand, location, availability, and the type of services requested. Independent contractor — paid per project Typical projects pay $50-$100+ per project, depending on scope and assignment Flexible schedule — accept projects that fit your availability No minimum hours and no guaranteed number of projects Use your own drone, equipment, vehicle, and other necessary gear Opportunity to work on real estate, commercial, retail, construction, and industrial projects Build your experience and portfolio while generating additional income Opportunity to develop relationships with clients and generate additional projects Project-specific instructions, examples, and guidance will be provided The more efficiently you work and the more projects you generate, the more earning potential you may have. What You'll Do As an independent drone pilot, you will be responsible for completing assigned projects professionally, safely, and on time.
Your responsibilities may include:
Capture high-quality aerial photography and video of residential and commercial properties Capture exterior, property, neighborhood, and surrounding-area imagery Follow project-specific instructions and required shot lists Operate drones safely and responsibly in accordance with applicable FAA regulations Conduct required pre-flight inspections and verify equipment is operational Communicate professionally with clients and property representatives Arrive on time and complete projects within the agreed-upon timeframe Transfer and deliver high-resolution photo and video files Maintain organized project files and follow established file-delivery procedures Protect client property and respect privacy and safety requirements Maintain your own drone, batteries, memory cards, transportation, and other equipment Follow all applicable federal, state, and local regulations Represent yourself and Elevate Frameworks professionally while working on assignments No Editing Experience Required You do not need to be a professional photo or video editor. Our editing team can handle post-production. Your primary responsibility is to capture high-quality content in the field and deliver the required files. If you already have editing skills, that is a plus, but it is not required. What We're Looking For Our ideal contractor is: FAA Part 107 certified (only for drone pilots) or actively working toward obtaining certification An experienced or developing drone pilot A drone owner with reliable equipment Able to provide reliable transportation to project locations Comfortable working independently without constant supervision Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable communicating with clients Detail-oriented and committed to quality Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines Comfortable transferring large digital media files Willing to learn and improve their skills Able to represent Elevate Frameworks professionally Prior professional photography or drone experience is preferred but not necessarily required. We are interested in individuals who are dependable, take pride in their work, and are willing to learn. Equipment Requirements Contractors are generally expected to provide their own: Drone Batteries and charging equipment Memory cards Transportation Mobile phone Basic equipment necessary to safely complete assigned projects Why Work With Elevate Frameworks? No guaranteed number of projects No guaranteed minimum hours No fixed work schedule No requirement to accept every project offered Project availability, compensation, locations, and requirements may vary depending on the client generation and assignment.
