Heidi Lowe, a jeweler and gallery owner, is accepting applications for a full-time Gallery Assistant. We are looking for someone who will support our excitement and bring the plan and strategy together from idea to execution. This person needs a strong understanding of marketing and proficiency in design, writing, and communication. Applicants must be personable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and follow through. Proficiency in organizing and planning, store management, and photography/photo editing.

Job Duties:

Work directly with artists and clients Plan and execute yearly exhibitions, openings, classes, and consultations Manage all marketing, including social media, press releases, email blasts, and graphic design Manage jewelry inventory, including photography and editing Manage gallery upkeep, including displays and general cleaning Manage monthly artist payments and collection procurement Monitor sales and trends to adjust inventory Work 4-5 days per week, 35-40 hours per week.
