Position Available:

Multivista is seeking an experienced Construction Reality Capture Technician who is ready to join an industry leader in its Virginia office.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 starting salary (based on level of experience); Bonus incentives provided to increase total compensation by achieving basic goals.

Monthly cell phone and internet reimbursement of $100.00 per month Company fuel card for work Health / Dental / Vision Insurance $400 per month car allowance Company sponsored 401k with up to 4% employer match (after 1 year of employment) 2 weeks paid vacation (+) company holidays As a member of the Multivista team, you will: Support the overall field technology & strategic initiatives across the region and designated projects Proficiently use, and receive continued training on various reality capture technologies (including UAS/UAV [drones], laser scanners, digital/360 cameras, and streaming webcams) to visually capture project milestones Process reality capture data leveraging proprietary photography system, 3D mapping, and Leica point cloud registration platforms Support project teams on the utilization and analysis of reality capture deliverables (point clouds, 360 photos, etc) Manage project schedules, coordinating with third-party personnel Perform regular quality assurance checks as part of daily workflow Have the opportunity to develop into a territory

Operations Manager Who You Are:

You currently reside or are willing to relocate to the 695 Baltimore region of Maryland. You have at least two years of experience within the construction industry (or related industry) You have a valid in-state driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation You can read and discern construction drawings and documents You are technology adept and have the ability to learn new software platforms quickly You can comfortably and safely navigate a construction jobsite and carry required equipment You can autonomously manage a schedule, are detailed oriented, and have strong organizational and time- management skills You are a self-motivated and dependable team player You are FAA Part 107 Certified (preferred) You are OSHA certified (preferred) II.
