Operations Manager Who You Are:
You currently reside or are willing to relocate to the 695 Baltimore region of Maryland. You have at least two years of experience within the construction industry (or related industry) You have a valid in-state driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation You can read and discern construction drawings and documents You are technology adept and have the ability to learn new software platforms quickly You can comfortably and safely navigate a construction jobsite and carry required equipment You can autonomously manage a schedule, are detailed oriented, and have strong organizational and time- management skills You are a self-motivated and dependable team player You are FAA Part 107 Certified (preferred) You are OSHA certified (preferred) II.
