This continually keeps us in touch with our roots as snow contractors, and also serves as the real world launching pad for new products and innovations. Position Summary Storm is looking for a creative and visually driven Multimedia Content Producer to join our marketing team. This person will serve as our primary videographer and photographer, capturing Storm's equipment, products, employees, lawn and snow operations, jobsites, and other marketing content. Video will be the primary focus, with photography and editing also being important parts of the role. This is a hands-on position that will spend significant time in the field rather than behind a desk. The ideal candidate is someone who can grow into an independent content creator who recognizes opportunities to capture useful and engaging footage without always needing direction. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates, including students or recent graduates who may transition to full-time after completing school. Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality video of Storm equipment, products, lawn and snow operations, jobsites, employees, and other company activities. Film both planned productions and spontaneous field content, including occasional nighttime snow and plowing operations. Take professional photographs of products, equipment, people, jobsites, and other marketing needs. Edit short-form content for social media, including Reels and other vertical video. Assist with larger video projects and editing as needed. Assist with the early stages of Storm Chasin' , including organizing footage, developing story structure, rough cuts, and identifying key moments. What We're Looking For Strong interest and experience in videography, photography, and visual storytelling . Experience shooting and editing video through professional work, internships, school, freelance projects, or personal projects. Understanding of camera fundamentals, composition, lighting, and audio. Comfortable shooting both video and still photography. Experience with or willingness to learn DaVinci Resolve . Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus. Experience with After Effects and motion graphics is a strong bonus . Strong creative eye and attention to visual quality. Willingness to learn about Storm's products and the snow and landscape industries. Ability to work independently, take direction, and eventually identify content opportunities without being prompted. Comfortable working outdoors and around active equipment and jobsites. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Hours The schedule will be flexible based on production needs. Most work will occur during normal business hours, but some shoots—particularly winter snow operations—may take place during evenings, nights, or weekends. Employees will be able to adjust their schedule around these production needs rather than working a traditional 9-to-5 schedule in addition to shoots. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications of the candidate.

PTO:

Employees earn paid time off throughout the year, equating to approximately 80+ hours annually for full‑time team members.

Paid Sick & Safe Time:

Employees are also eligible for paid sick and safe time in accordance with Minnesota law (up to 48 hours per year). Retirement Contributions Storm Equipment sponsors a Savings Incentive Match Plan (SIMPLE) IRA retirement plan. The company provides a matching contribution of up to 3% of each employee's pay. All employees are eligible. Employees are totally vested in all contributions. Work Environment This role primarily takes place outdoors at job sites and around active equipment, with some editing work performed in the office. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move around job sites for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry camera gear and equipment up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including winter snow operations.
