Someone who takes pride in their work, shows up prepared, thinks independently, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. Someone who's creative, ambitious, dependable, and eager to learn. Someone who takes initiative, welcomes feedback, and wants to become exceptional at what they do. Experience is a plus, but character, work ethic, and attitude matter more. You don't need professional photography or videography experience. We're willing to teach the right person everything they need to know. What You'll Be Doing Photographing and filming residential and luxury real estate throughout Eastern North Carolina. Working inside some of the most beautiful homes and properties along the Carolina coast. Assisting with larger creative productions and branded content projects. Working directly with clients and representing Ethos professionally. Learning our production process and eventually managing shoots independently. All professional camera, lighting, drone, and production equipment is provided. Our team handles post-production. You will not be responsible for editing photos or videos. Your primary responsibility will be capturing exceptional content. Requirements Valid driver's license. Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel to scheduled shoots throughout Eastern North Carolina. A working computer capable of running Adobe Lightroom and handling professional photography files. FAA Part 107 drone certification or willingness to obtain it within 60 days. Dependability, professionalism, and personal accountability. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve. Photography and videography experience is welcomed but not required. No portfolio is necessary to apply. Compensation & Career Growth We believe great work should create great earning opportunities. Paid Training Starting compensation of $18/hour during training. Increasing to $20/hour upon obtaining FAA Part 107 certification while in training. Hands-on training with professional equipment provided. Independent Production After successfully completing training, you'll begin independently managing shoots and transition to per-project compensation. Approximately $80-$855 per project , depending on project type, size, and responsibilities. Opportunities to complete multiple projects per day. Additional performance-based bonuses and earning opportunities. Illustrative annual earning potential of $45,000-$75,000+ with a consistent production schedule after training. Actual earnings depend on assigned projects, production volume, and performance and are not guaranteed.
