Architectural & Real Estate Photographer / Media Professional A boutique real estate media studio serving an established clientele of real estate professionals working within the luxury market. With a focus on exceptional media, attentive service, and long-term client relationships. Focused on craft over commodity. We're taking an intentional next step in how we grow and are beginning a thoughtful search for an experienced professional who may be a strong fit for that next phase. This is an intentionally selective search, and we're prioritizing the right fit over speed. We're particularly interested in professionals with a strong background in architectural or real estate photography , including experience with HDR and bracketed photography workflows . Experience in one or more additional areas, including aerial photography, videography, floor plans, and editing, is also highly valued. Strong preference will be given to applicants who currently hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and have professional experience with both aerial photography and video capture. Five or more years of successful professional experience in your area of expertise is strongly preferred. We're less concerned with how many disciplines you cover today and more with the quality of the work you already do. Just as important is a genuine willingness to learn, develop new skills, and over time become proficient across the broader range of services we provide. Strong client-facing skills are essential. This is a field-based role representing the studio directly with our clientele. Professionalism, communication, reliability, discretion, and sound judgment are expected. Candidates should own and maintain professional photography equipment appropriate for architectural and real estate work and have reliable personal transportation. We're primarily looking for someone based in the New York Hudson Valley , ideally in or around Westchester County, with the ability to travel throughout Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland, and Orange Counties, Western Connecticut, and Manhattan when needed. Flexibility is paramount. This is a highly independent field role requiring the ability to manage your day on the road, adapt as schedules and client needs change, and operate with a great deal of autonomy while consistently representing the studio at a high professional level. The role may begin on a limited, project-based schedule and has the potential to develop into a larger role for the right person as the studio grows. We also welcome interest from established independent professionals within real estate media who may be considering a transition from operating entirely on their own into a role within a growing studio. While the primary focus of this search is field media production, we're also interested in hearing from experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in social media, digital marketing, client service, or media operations who may be interested in contributing to the continued growth of a boutique real estate media studio. If your professional strengths fall within these areas and you believe you could bring meaningful value to what we're building, we encourage you to reach out as well. Professional work samples or a portfolio will be required as part of the consideration process, where applicable. If you see yourself in what we've described and are seriously interested in exploring the opportunity, we look forward to hearing from you. Because this is a selective search, only candidates whose professional experience and work closely align with what we're seeking may be contacted. Any engagement may be contingent upon satisfactory completion of applicable reference checks, driving-record review, and other screening permitted by law. As part of the onboarding process, selected candidates will be required to execute the professional agreements applicable to their role and classification, including appropriate confidentiality, intellectual-property, client-protection, and other business-protection provisions permitted by applicable law.
