About the Role Are you a talented photographer or videographer looking for a fast-paced role with total schedule flexibility? Next Door Photos is looking for Media Pros to join our growing team. At NDP, we don't just deliver photos; we deliver an experience. We are a small business built on a culture of having fun and "blessing the communities we serve." We handle the editing, the admin, and the client billing— you focus on what you do best: capturing great content. What's In It For You?

Join a local, close-knit team that values excellence and professional integrity. What You'll Do Represent the NDP brand on-site, interacting professionally with real estate agents and homeowners. Capture high-quality media (stills, video, floor plans) following the NDP standards and shoot flow. Manage a fast-paced schedule (up to 6 properties a day; 40-90 minutes per shoot). Upload all raw media by 9:00 PM on the day of the shoot.
What We're Looking For Experience:
Professional photography/videography background required (Real Estate experience is a plus, but not required—we will certify you!).
Professionalism:
You arrive on time, dress professionally, and communicate effectively.
Mobility:
Must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable driving 30-40% of the workday.
Credentials:
Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Part 107 Drone License .
Tech Savvy:
High-speed internet is a must for daily uploads. Required Equipment To be considered, you must own the following:
Camera:
DSLR or Mirrorless.
Wide-Angle Lens:
16-35mm (Full Frame) or 10-24mm (APS-C/Crop Sensor).
Tripod:
Sturdy tripod, and a ball head attachment.
