Job Description

We're looking for a top-tier Drain Scope Technician — someone who treats every scope like a diagnosis, not a chore. This role blends technical inspection work with hands-on service and sales, and the building real trust with homeowners on the spot. What you'll do:
  • Perform push-camera scoping of downspouts and drain lines with precision and care
  • Perform water jetting and cleaning of the drain lines
  • Conduct system inspections and maintenance checks on existing waterproofing installs
  • Identify and sell additional work found during scopes
  • this is where the top earners stand out
  • Physically perform some of the work yourself when needed
  • Use CRMs, electronics, digital reporting, and computers to document findings and manage customer records
  • Film and photograph your workday for training and marketing content
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, occasional weekend work. Home every day.
Territory:
Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware — travel required, but you return home each night.
Pay:
$22. to $28. an hour base, plus 10% percent commission on anything you sell, paid on collected revenue. Strong performers can earn significantly more.

Training & Growth:
On-the-job training and paid training provided. Opportunity to work on both small and large-scale drainage projects. This position has room for growth in multiple avenues.
Requirements:
  • Physically capable of hand digging, disconnecting downspouts, and piping work; able to lift up to 80 pounds
  • Experience with hand tools including shovels, rakes, and picks, plus saws
  • Experience operating heavy equipment — mini excavators, skid steer, dingoes, trenchers, backhoes, tampers, transits, and laser levels — must be able to demonstrate proficiency on request
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Able to talk with homeowners about repair options on the spot
  • Camera scope experience
  • Exterior drainage experience
  • Familiar with CRMs, electronics, digital reporting, and computers
  • Willing to film and photograph your workday
Pay:
$22.00
  • $28.
00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
