Job Description

This job may not be for you if…
  • You need fixed weekly hours or a steady paycheck. Some weeks have zero shoots and a busy week can have around 20. Hours and shoot volume are not guaranteed.
  • You don't like a lot of driving or spending much of the day on your own. You'll work independently in the field, and our admin team is available to help.
  • You need the same routine every day. Bookings change last-minute, and sometimes you'll find a locked door or access that doesn't work.
  • You're uncomfortable going into unfamiliar homes, meeting people you don't know, or being around pets.
  • You expect every home to be clean and photo-ready. Some aren't.
  • You only want indoor work in perfect weather.
Some outdoor work happens in rain or snow when it's safe. About the role Crosby Productions is a real estate media company based in Hendersonville, NC. We're hiring a friendly, dependable person for real estate photography and property-media fieldwork in Greer, Greenville and Spartanburg in Upstate South Carolina. You don't need photography experience. We care most about personality, customer service and willingness to learn. If weather, animals, the property's condition or access ever makes a shoot unsafe, you stop and contact admin. You'll never be expected to work in unsafe conditions. What you'll do
  • Review the day's bookings, shoot notes and access instructions.
  • Capture property photos and other media you're trained for. That can grow to include video, 3D tours, floor plans and, once you're certified, drone aerials.
  • Be friendly and professional with agents and homeowners, and pass their requests to the team.
  • Keep admin updated when schedules change or access fails.
  • Check image, video and audio quality, then upload organized files on deadline.
  • Secure each home when you leave and report problems right away. Requirements
  • No portfolio or prior experience needed.
  • You must be willing to train for and pass the FAA Part 107 knowledge test and get your Remote Pilot Certificate before flying drone jobs on your own. You don't need it to apply. Schedule Weekdays only, with flexible availability between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. preferred. No weekend shoots. This is part-time, very seasonal work with no guaranteed hours, and it can fit around another job. Pay and gas
  • $20 to $35 an hour depending on training and certifications.
  • You clock in at your first shoot and stay clocked in through your last. Drive time between shoots is paid. Required prep, uploads and training are paid too.
  • Gas card provided, and we cover work-related gas.
  • Possible extra income of roughly $400 to $800 a month.
That's an estimate, not a guarantee. How to apply Apply on Indeed with your resume or work history and a short note about why you enjoy customer service, which area you can cover, and your weekday availability.
