AI-Forward Social Media Content Producer Looking for a highly organized, creative Social Media Content Producer who is genuinely strong with AI tools for an initial one-month contractor engagement, approximately 40 hours per week. This role is for someone who knows how to use AI as part of the actual content production workflow — not just occasionally asking ChatGPT for captions. We're looking for someone who can combine AI, strategy, organization, editing, and strong content instincts to create and manage a consistent stream of social content with minimal hand-holding.

Content may include:

• Faceless social media content
• B-roll-based videos
• Podcast clips and repurposed content
• Short-form video
• Instructional/how-to videos
• Graphic-only and text-based videos
• AI-generated or AI-assisted visual content
• Reels, Shorts, TikToks, and other platform-specific content AI experience is a major part of this role. The right person should be comfortable using AI for things like:
• Content ideation and research
• Turning long-form content into multiple short-form concepts
• Scriptwriting and rewriting
• Hooks, titles, captions, and CTAs
• Identifying clips and content opportunities from podcasts or longer videos
• AI voiceover and audio tools
• AI-assisted video creation and editing
• Generating or enhancing graphics and visual assets
• Creating repeatable prompts, templates, and workflows
• Organizing and accelerating the overall content production process Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Descript, CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, AI video platforms, or similar tools is strongly preferred. What we're looking for:
• Strong understanding of social media strategy and what performs across platforms
• Heavy, practical experience using AI in a real content workflow
• Ability to experiment with new AI tools and quickly figure out how to use them effectively
• Extremely organized and able to manage a content calendar and production pipeline
• Able to work independently and keep yourself productive without constant assignments or supervision
• Strong instincts around hooks, pacing, storytelling, and repurposing
• Comfortable taking an idea from concept through finished content
• Video editing experience is a big plus
