Production Planning Manager Benefits & Compensation Base salary range of $70,000-$90,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications Competitive benefits package, including generous 401K match Supportive, growth-oriented environment Production Planning Manager Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of production planning and scheduling experience in manufacturing Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated leadership abilities in team development and performance management Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing industries Epicor Manufacturing ERP proficiency Production Planning Manager Preferred Background & Skills Background in Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies Familiarity with ISO or other quality management system standards Production Planning Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and implement production plans and schedules that align with business goals and customer demands Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless processes Partner with customers to meet on-time delivery expectations Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and optimize resource use Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend process improvements Design and mature production planning tools and processes Ensure safety and quality compliance throughout the production lifecycle Prepare and present production metrics and reports for senior management If you're motivated by efficiency, teamwork, and making a direct impact, we encourage you to apply and help power the next generation of aerospace advancements.
