Type:
full-time Contract Event Producer Our team is seeking a Contract Event Producer to support increased client demand during a busy season. This role will focus on producing and coordinating live, virtual, and hybrid events , helping ensure each production is executed smoothly from planning through delivery. The Event Producer will provide critical support across multiple concurrent client programs and live show environments during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events Manage project timelines and key production milestones Coordinate event logistics across internal teams, clients, vendors, and production partners Serve as a central communication point among stakeholders to keep projects on track Assist with live show execution and production delivery Troubleshoot issues in real time and adapt quickly to changing event needs Help manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Experience producing or coordinating live, virtual, and/or hybrid events Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work cross-functionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams Comfortable working in fast-moving production environments Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to adapt quickly to different event formats and production requirement This is a contract opportunity.
