The Event Producer is responsible for leading the planning, production, and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events from concept through completion. This role serves as the primary driver of event delivery, balancing creative vision with operational excellence to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Event Producer partners closely with clients, creative teams, technical experts, vendors, and internal stakeholders to create engaging, seamless event experiences. As an externally facing team member, we look for accountable, driven, professional people who put client service and quality first. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required for this position. Our ideal candidate will have experience in event project management from an agency or other production environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the event lifecycle. Lead project kickoff meetings and establish project goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance. Manage client expectations while identifying opportunities to add value. Develop comprehensive production plans, run-of-show documents, production schedules, and staffing plans. Ensure creative deliverables are aligned with client objectives, production realities, and budget. Maintains exceptional working relationship with clients and acts professionally in all interactions Leads a project team of production resources including freelance staff and vendors Oversee all phases of event execution, including rehearsals, load-in, show days, and load-out. Ensures the prompt and accurate reconciliation following completion of a job with oversight from the assigned account team Organized, detail oriented and responsible with a "get it done" attitude Requirements College Degree 3-5 years of experience producing live events, conferences, meetings or experiential marketing programs Agency experience or related production experience required Travel for this position is required (Approximately 25-30%) Thrives in a fast-paced environment; flexible Strong knowledge of live event production, AV, staging, lighting and show operations Knowledge of video formats and experience with the production process Experience with live speaker and presentation management Proactive and accountable Customer-focused with a service mindset Benefits Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Health Savings Account with employer contribution 401(k) with company match Profit Share Bonus Plan Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Family Leave Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Tuition Reimbursement Wellness Resources, including discounted Lifetime Fitness membership Generous onsite café
Compensation Range:
$65-80K This range reflects total target compensation for this position, including base salary and variable pay. Actual compensation may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education and other qualifications.
