Productive Inc. seeks a Production Manager to provide strategic leadership and system-level production management to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output aligned with customer, regulatory, and company standards. Plan and control production capacity, resources, and cross-departmental integration to achieve schedule adherence, cost optimization, compliance integrity, and scalable operational performance. Develop long-range and mid-range production capacity plans. Approve Master Production Schedule prior to release. Align production forecasts with Sales and Account Coordinators. Identify and mitigate systemic capacity constraints (labor, equipment, space, automation). Own labor cost planning and manpower modeling. Establish staffing models tied to forecasted volume. Suggest capital investments for equipment or automation upgrades. Develop, approve, and maintain production SOPs. Approve SOP revisions and ensure alignment with QMS and regulatory requirements. Ensure system-level compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards. Schedule audit readiness strategy and inspection preparedness. Ensure product quality standards align with QMS and customer requirements. Sponsor systemic CAPA investigations and preventive action programs. Analyze production and quality data for recurring trends and systemic risks. Ensure traceability systems and documentation controls are audit-ready. Monitor production safety metrics and incident trends. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented for safety risks. Maintain emergency preparedness framework. Monitor site-level production KPIs (output, efficiency, scrap, cost, safety incidents). Sponsor continuous improvement initiatives. Drive waste reduction and workflow optimization. Review downtime trends and approve systemic corrective measures. Define Production Training Strategy. Develop leadership succession roadmap. Establish performance expectations and accountability framework for Production Staff. Required Experience & Skills 7-10+ years manufacturing leadership in regulated environment. Demonstrated audit ownership and CAPA leadership. Experience scaling multi-line operations. Pay Starting at $70,000+ depending on demonstrated experience
