This person will be responsible for equipment readiness, inventory accountability, warehouse staff, vehicle loading, and the workflows that keep productions moving.

Approximately 25-40 hours per week, primarily weekdays
Flexibility:
Hours may shift around equipment prep, returns, deliveries, load-ins, and load-outs. Some early mornings, evenings, and weekends are required.
Compensation:
$25-$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Location:
Bluffdale, Utah Reports to: Production Manager, Operations Manager Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations, including equipment prep, receiving, loading, returns, maintenance coordination, and put-away. Build weekly warehouse priorities around the production calendar and communicate staffing or equipment needs to project managers and department leads. Schedule and staff warehouse shifts for testing, prep, packing, cleaning, maintenance and other warehouse tasks. Ensure equipment pulls are complete, tested, packed, labeled, staged, and ready to leave on schedule. Oversee returns, including check-in, inspection, cleaning, repair tagging, charging, and restocking. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts and equipment spot checks. Track missing, damaged, incomplete, and repair-pending equipment; follow up until issues are resolved. Supervise and train warehouse technicians, drivers, and freelance labor as assigned. Maintain an organized warehouse with consistent standards for storage, labeling, cable management, case packing, and work areas. Coordinate safe loading and unloading of trucks and trailers, including cargo securement and efficient load plans. Support equipment deliveries, pickups, warehouse transfers, and occasional event-site operations. Maintain safe warehouse practices and report facility, vehicle, forklift, or equipment concerns promptly. Improve warehouse procedures to increase equipment accuracy, readiness, and efficiency. Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, equipment rentals, live-event production, AV, staging, touring, or a related technical environment. Experience directing a crew or taking ownership of daily warehouse operations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines. Familiarity with equipment prep, returns, inventory control, loading, and warehouse safety. Ability to communicate clearly with production managers, technicians, drivers, vendors, and event crews. Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and inventory or rental-management software. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability and willingness to safely drive company vehicles, including non-CDL box trucks , for deliveries, pickups, and event support. Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse material-handling equipment, with required training and authorization. Preferred Qualifications Experience with professional audio, lighting, video, staging, rigging, power, backline, or event-rental equipment. Experience loading production trucks and trailers, securing cargo, and coordinating drivers. Forklift certification, trailer-towing experience, or a DOT medical card. A CDL is a plus , but is not required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and move heavier equipment with a team or appropriate equipment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, push carts, and perform hands-on warehouse work throughout a shift. Ability to work in a warehouse with variable temperatures, noise, vehicle traffic, and active loading operations.
Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
