Job Description

Hiring ASAP We are looking for a responsible, organized, and dependable team player to join our company and support the setup of new projects before work begins. This position is responsible for making sure all necessary information and documentation is collected, entered, reviewed, and complete before services are mobilized . You will work closely with Dispatch, Estimating, and Billing to ensure everyone has the information they need and that no project falls through the cracks. Responsibilities Collect preliminary project information before the start of each job Gather and document insurance requirements, prevailing wage information, job requirements, and other project-specific details Enter and maintain accurate project information in our systems Review files to make sure required information and documentation are complete Communicate daily with Dispatch, Estimating, and Billing Follow up with customers, internal team members, and other parties to obtain missing information Keep projects moving by identifying missing items and following through until they are resolved Do not authorize or allow mobilization of services until the job file is complete Maintain organized and accurate records Communicate changes, issues, or missing information promptly Help ensure a smooth handoff from estimating/sales to dispatch and billing What We're Looking For The most important qualities for this position are reliability, follow-through, communication, and attention to detail .

Takes ownership of their responsibilities Follows through and doesn't let things fall through the cracks Is dependable and accountable Communicates clearly and professionally Works well with different personalities and departments Is comfortable making follow-up calls and asking questions Can stay organized while managing multiple projects Understands the importance of accurate information and complete documentation Is a team player who is willing to help wherever needed Construction, trucking, prevailing wage, insurance, or related industry experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who is organized, responsible, and eager to learn. This Position Is Critical to Our Operation This is not simply a data-entry position. The person in this role will be responsible for making sure each project is properly set up before it reaches the field . If something is missing, you will be expected to catch it, communicate it, and follow up until it is resolved. We need someone who won't drop the ball. If you are dependable, organized, good with people, and take pride in getting things done correctly, we'd like to hear from you. We are hiring ASAP. Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
