Working on a fast-paced, deadline-driven Holiday Installation, this role is for a Local Seasonal Position. We're looking for strong candidates that are highly self-motivated and equally talented, to assist in the execution, installation and completion of Lights, Décor, and Scenic Vignettes (both indoors and outdoors) for a local high-end Resort.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow creative direction, must have a creative eye.
Assists with quality control on all holiday décor installation projects.
Uses ladders and at times, conducting work above 2 stories of a property.
Ensure all décor is safely placed and secured.
Work safely independently and in a team setting
Make changes as requested by the Lead or Designer
Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years old. Minimum two years of set decoration experience Good attitude and enjoyable to work with Must be punctual to assigned shifts. Flexible schedule, weekends, evenings as needed. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have great attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written comprehension and communication skills Ability to multi-task and maintain a calm demeanor with tight deadlines. Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States Previous experience working in theatrical, live events, or seasonal themed entertainment is preferred. Ability to take initiative and ownership and solve creative problems. Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with both guests, and colleagues using a positive, clear speaking voice. Must be able to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders and/or scaffolds to various heights. Being comfortable in a lift over 20' a plus.
