The Scenic Lead provides oversight and direction to the scenic team to facilitate all scenic projects, ensuring client expectations are met while maintaining budgets and timelines. Requirements Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and ten years' related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ten years of successful carpentry and construction planning and execution experience in a fast-paced and diverse production environment, including: Woodworking, Metalworking, Painting, Finish carpentry Ability to use CAD programs to create construction drawings and associated diagrams (e.g., AutoCAD, Vectorworks) Working knowledge of designing and programming both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines Experience operating 3D printers and designing custom STL files Exceptional attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and self-motivation Maintains a professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license; ability to drive cargo vans and small box trucks Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty and other duties that may be assigned.
