We are currently seeking a BIM Specialist to lead the integration and coordination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across fast-paced multidisciplinary projects, ensuring project objectives are met through effective model management and collaboration. This position will serve as a key technical resource, supporting project teams and fostering strong BIM practices throughout the project lifecycle.&

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCad) for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and other engineering disciplines

Perform clash detection, model coordination, and constructability reviews to identify and resolve conflicts early in the design and construction phases

Lead BIM coordination efforts for multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring the seamless integration of models and data. Specifically, this will be a mix of in-house processes/elements and external design consultants throughout the whole project lifecycle

Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows

Troubleshoot technical issues in BIM environments and recommend software/tools/process improvements to enhance efficiency

Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing BIM expertise to inform design decisions and mitigate risks

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in architecture, engineering or construction management

3+ years of hands-on experience as a BIM specialist or Modeler in a construction or engineering environment

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years of professional experience in BIM coordination, with multidisciplinary experience on high rise projects
