Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for pool and outdoor space projects. Use Pool Studio to create detailed pool designs that meet client specifications. Develop comprehensive proposals including layout design, material selections, and pricing; effectively communicate value propositions. Build strong customer relationships through attentive service, clear communication, and personalized solutions—both inside the showroom and during on-site consultations. Negotiate project terms and close sales efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Coordinate with construction teams to ensure smooth project execution Skills Proven experience selling pools for at least two years is required. Proficiency in Pool Studio and Microsoft Office suite is required. Strong negotiation skills Knowledge of the pool construction process. Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele effectively. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to build rapport with clients and team members alike. Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining detailed records in CRM systems.
