Job Description
Position title: BI Designer with
Databricks, Snowflake,ETL and SME Location:
Dallas/Plano, TX Duration:
12 plus months contract with possible extensionRequired Skills:
- BI Designer/Data Engineer/Data Modeler with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Reverse engineering skills to disparate data sources to create various data domains and architect solutions per requirement.
- Designed and documented skillset from new sources or existing ones to provide a performance oriented dimensional model.
- Strong understanding of Python, Pyspark, Snowflake for distributed computing (Databricks).
- Knowledge of Snowflake most of it closely related to other SQL DBs with its own cloud variation. (provide performance-oriented design)
- Understanding of Cloud technologies and their functionality for creating robust data pipelines, Azure, Aws (future roadmap is to be moved to Aws)
- Good and pleasant communication skills to communicate across multiple platforms.
- Python, Pyspark -might overall be the skillset for Dev//'s.
- Future Technologies to be focused include.
