We combine strategic PR, technical content, and deep industry expertise to help our client partners build that authority. Role Overview We're hiring a senior content leader to own our B2B enterprise tech content work: Defense Tech, Energy, Sustainability & Climate, Industrial Manufacturing, AI, Martech, and adjacent sectors. You'll take complex technical subject matter (infrastructure, cloud architecture, AI/ML systems, process automation) and produce content that holds up under scrutiny from technical audiences and drives real media and market engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role. Initially, you'll be directly responsible for developing high-quality client content while establishing the editorial standards, processes, and structure needed to scale the function. As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a content team working across client pods. What You'll Own Content strategy & execution: Bylines, thought leadership articles, case studies, and executive presentations that translate complex technology into clear, credible narrative.
Narrative development:
working from SME interviews and client input to build story angles that are technically accurate and editorially sharp.
Voice and messaging consistency:
maintain each client partner's distinct voice while ensuring alignment across messaging, content, and PR strategy.
Multi-format storytelling:
Adapt a central narrative across bylines, executive social content, case studies, press materials, presentations, and other formats without losing substance or precision.
PR asset development:
turning press coverage, testimonials, and case studies into reusable proof points.
Cross-functional integration:
work directly with account leads and media teams to align content with PR strategy and campaign objectives.
As The Role Grows:
Editorial leadership: Define and enforce standards for technical accuracy, narrative quality, voice, tone, and sourcing.
Team development:
Hire, manage, and mentor writers as the content practice expands across client pods.
Practice development:
Help shape the processes, services, and strategic direction of Indicate Media's growing content function.

Qualifications Experience :
8+ years of experience as a tech journalist, editor, or senior B2B tech content writer (agency or in-house).
Expertise :
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts (SaaS, Cloud, Infrastructure, AI/ML, Process Automation, Data Engineering) into content a technical audience will trust and a journalist will run.
Leadership :
Prior experience managing or mentoring other writers preferred. A portfolio or link to published clips is accepted. A writing assessment is a standard part of our interview process for this role.
