Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 📋 What You'll Be Doing ✅ Review and abstract clinical data from medical records for HEDIS quality reporting ✅ Accurately enter and validate data within designated systems ✅ Communicate with provider offices to obtain medical records and resolve documentation needs ✅ Interpret, review, and annotate medical documentation using Adobe PDF tools ✅ Manage provider calls, voicemails, and follow-up requests ✅ Ensure compliance with HIPAA and PHI confidentiality standards ✅ Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy goals 🎯 What We're Looking For ✔ Experience with medical record abstraction, chart reviews, auditing, or HEDIS projects preferred ✔ Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation ✔ Ability to accurately interpret and analyze medical records ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat ✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills ✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently ✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment 🎓 Education Requirement High School Diploma or GED Required 📌 Important Requirements

• Must attend all required training sessions and conference calls
• Must commit to the full duration of the project
• Must be comfortable working entirely on a computer throughout the workday
