This role will work alongside our Technical writing staff. Create user guides, training materials, and knowledge base content Write clear documentation for technical and non-technical users Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Implementation teams Position Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills Ability to explain complex systems clearly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Experience writing technical documentation Familiarity with SaaS platforms and Agile environments FLEX offers competitive salaries, paid holidays, PTO, medical, dental, and a matching 401 (k) retirement plan.
