The role We're a creative agency specializing in video production looking for a mid-to-senior Video & Photo Editor to take raw footage and images and turn them into polished, on-brand work across social, web, and campaign deliverables. You'll start on a contract basis with a clear path to full-time for the right person. You'll work closely with our creative directors, designers, and producers from concept through final export. What you'll do Edit short- and long-form video for social, ads, and client campaigns — cutting, pacing, color, sound, and motion graphics Retouch and color-grade photography for digital and print Take projects from raw assets to final delivery, managing versions and feedback rounds Keep work consistent with each client's brand and our creative standards Juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines without dropping quality What we're looking for 3+ years editing video and photo in a professional or agency setting Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom A portfolio or reel that shows range and a sharp eye for pacing, composition, and color Comfort taking direction and iterating quickly
