AZEE Branding Agency is looking for a creative, motivated Junior Video Editor to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with basic video editing skills who's ready to learn, take initiative, and contribute. You'll help shoot and edit content, bring fresh ideas to the table, and develop your craft with guidance from our branding team. What You'll Do Create and edit videos for social media, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Assist with filming and client content days. Turn footage into engaging videos with strong pacing, music, captions, and storytelling. Brainstorm and pitch content ideas for a variety of businesses and brands. Help organize footage, project files, and content calendars. Follow social media trends and suggest ways to adapt them for our clients. Apply feedback and coaching to improve your work. What We're Looking For Basic video editing skills and a creative eye. A strong interest in video, storytelling, and social media. Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and take coaching. Initiative—you look for ways to contribute and ask questions when you need direction. Reliability and a commitment to showing up ready to work. Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized. A collaborative attitude and pride in the work you create. Helpful, but Not Required Experience with Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software. Examples of videos you've created for yourself, school, a business, or another organization. Familiarity with social media trends and short-form video styles.
