About the Role We're looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to produce high-quality video content that tells compelling stories and strengthens our brand. You will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and delivering engaging videos for marketing, social media, training, events, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and post-production. Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, product promotions, corporate communications, and events. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and production schedules. Operate professional video, audio, and lighting equipment during studio and on-location shoots. Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard editing software. Incorporate motion graphics, animations, titles, music, sound effects, and color correction to enhance video quality. Capture interviews, testimonials, product demonstrations, and live events. Maintain and organize video assets, footage, and project files. Ensure all video content aligns with company branding and messaging. Manage multiple video projects while meeting deadlines. Stay current with video production techniques, equipment, and industry trends. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Production, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Producer, or similar role. Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video production and editing skills. Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. Experience using Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software. Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, audio recording, composition, and storytelling. Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras, along with gimbals, drones (FAA certification preferred if applicable), and lighting equipment. Knowledge of video formats, codecs, compression, and digital media best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Experience with photography and photo editing. Motion graphics and animation experience. FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot Certification. Experience producing content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Basic knowledge of graphic design and branding.
