Job Description

Overview Grip It Sleek LLC is seeking a creative social media manager and videographer contractor for an upcoming product launch. Starting with our Phantom Fog gaming glove drop, you'll help capture and shape a 21-day social hype campaign. This is a $1,500 flat project fee covering three planned in-person shoot days plus editing and posting. Responsibilities Participate in three planned in-person content shoot days at agreed locations Capture engaging short-form videos, photography, and behind-the-scenes content featuring Sleekz brand and Phantom Fog product. Edit and deliver approximately 12 to 15 polished short-form videos for the 21-day campaign. Deliver approximately 15 to 20 edited photos, plus supporting story and BTS content. Schedule and publish approved content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts and write captions and contribute creative concepts to support the campaign. Deliver all original raw video and photo files to the company at project close and provide a brief post-campaign performance recap. Edit and format content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Develop and maintain a 21-day content calendar for the product launch hype campaign Experience Experience shooting and editing short form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Strong sense of visual storytelling, social media trends, and engaging content Comfortable working independently during in-person shoots and collaborating on creative ideas Reliable, organized, and able to meet content deadlines throughout a 21 day campaign

Pay:

$500.00 per day Application Question(s): Are you comfortable accepting a $1,500 flat project fee for the complete21-day campaign, including three planned in-person shoot days, editing scheduling and posting? Can you provide examples or a link to short form video work you've shot and edited? Are you available to attend three planned in-person content shoot days at agreed locations in the Baltimore area?
