Job Description

About Us We run high-energy venues, concepts, and brands, and we're constantly building, hosting events, and launching new projects. We don't do stiff, corporate video production. We create real, engaging, fast-paced content for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that gets eyes on what we do. We're looking for a full-time, hands-on Videographer & Editor to join us on-site, capture the action as it happens, and turn raw footage into high-performing content fast.
What You'll Be Doing Shoot & Edit Daily:
Capture short-form videos, promos, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage across our locations.
Move Fast:
Turn around polished edits quickly while trends and ideas are still fresh. Own the
Process:
Take ideas from quick concepts or script outlines all the way through shooting, editing, color grading, and audio mixing.
Collaborate:
Work closely with our team to brainstorm new concepts, test different hook styles, and track what's performing well.
Manage Gear:
Keep our camera gear, lighting, and audio equipment organized and ready to roll.
What We're Looking For A Strong Portfolio/Reel:
Show us short-form content you've shot and edited (social video, vertical format, promos, or event recaps).
Technical Proficiency:
Strong hands-on experience with camera gear, lighting, wireless audio, and editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.).
Understanding of Social Video:
You know what makes people stop scrolling in the first 3 seconds—pacing, hooks, audio trends, and clear visual storytelling.
Self-Starter Energy:
You don't need a 20-page creative brief to get moving. You can walk into a room, spot the angle, and capture what's happening.
Reliability & Flexibility:
Comfortable working on-site and occasionally capturing evening or weekend events when the action is happening.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience shooting nightlife, hospitality, food, or live entertainment. Basic motion graphics or lighting design skills.
Pay:
$18.00 - $29.40 per hour
