Action:

Shoot high-quality, engaging video and photos across all of our venue concepts—capturing events, food & drink releases, behind-the-scenes moments, nightlife energy, and staff culture.

Master Short-Form Media:

Edit and produce daily/weekly short-form vertical video content specifically tailored for TikTok, Facebook Reels, and Instagram Reels.

Ride Trends & Hook Audiences:

Stay on top of viral audio, trending formats, and platform algorithm shifts, adapting them instantly to fit our brand voices.

Manage Content Pipeline:

Plan, shoot, edit, and post content consistently while keeping track of high-performing assets. Collaborate Directly with

Leadership:

Work directly alongside our owners and management team to execute campaign ideas, seasonal rollouts, and promotional events.

What We're Looking For Proven Track Record:

Experience creating high-performing short-form video content (TikTok and Facebook experience is a must). Eye for

Aesthetics & Storytelling:

Ability to shoot clean, dynamic visuals on modern gear or mobile setups and edit them quickly using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut.

Self-Starter Attitude:

You don't wait to be told what to shoot—you see an interesting story or dynamic moment happening in the venues and jump on it.

Night & Weekend Availability:

Hospitality happens when people are out having fun! Flexibility to cover evening events, weekend crowds, and peak hours is required.

Local Presence:

Must be located in or willing to commute regularly to Branson, MO.
