Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sunday Morning YouTube Livestream Facilitator to lead our in house video and YouTube livestreaming Worship Service. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of the online broadcast, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and professional experience for viewers. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for media production, technical proficiency with broadcast equipment, and a flair for creating captivating visual content. Responsibilities Set up and operate broadcast studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio systems, and video switchers to produce high-quality live streams. Manage live video feeds using media tools to enhance broadcast quality. Monitor audio levels and lighting systems to ensure optimal visual and sound clarity throughout the livestream. Troubleshoot technical issues promptly during broadcasts to minimize disruptions and maintain viewer engagement. Engage with viewers via chat or social media platforms in real-time to foster community interaction. Record and archive livestream sessions for post-production editing or future reference using professional videography and editing software. Experience Proven experience in live event AV production projects or broadcast studio operation with a strong understanding of live production performance. Proficiency in media editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro. Familiarity with lighting for video production, and audio/video processing systems. Hands-on experience with videography to create engaging visual content. Knowledge of live production performance techniques including camera operation, lighting systems, audio systems, and broadcast studio equipment operation. Strong technical proficiency in video editing, post-production workflows, and live event AV setup is essential.
