Videographer & Editor Milan Media is a fast-growing content marketing and video production agency based in Austin, Texas. We're hiring a Videographer & Editor to support our growing content production needs. This hands-on, collaborative role combines video production, post-production editing, and social media publishing. This is a hybrid, mostly remote position based in Austin. Most editing, planning, and administrative work can be completed remotely. However, you'll need to come into our Austin office for weekly content shoots and monthly team meetings , as well as participate in occasional client shoots and travel. You'll work closely with our creative team and CEO to develop branded content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms. Learn more about us at milanmedia.com . What You'll Do Shoot, edit, and publish original content for Milan Media and our client brands Attend weekly in-office content shoots at our Austin studio Capture and produce video for internal initiatives and external client projects Collaborate with the creative team and CEO to plan, storyboard, and schedule shoots Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for social, web, and live formats Operate cameras and production gear, primarily Canon DSLRs, during studio and field shoots Manage live-streaming productions through StreamYard for platforms such as LinkedIn Live and YouTube Live Maintain and organize our digital content archive and asset library Assist with scheduling and publishing content across social platforms Contribute creative ideas to content strategy, production, and visual storytelling Participate in monthly in-person team meetings Travel for client productions approximately one to two times per month, with some months requiring additional travel You Might Be a Fit If You Have Two or more years of professional video production and editing experience Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom Experience shooting with Canon DSLRs or similar cameras An understanding of digital content trends, social platform algorithms, and platform-specific editing practices Experience with lighting, audio capture, and general production equipment A creative, curious mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools and techniques Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills A collaborative, dependable, and proactive work ethic The ability to work effectively and communicate consistently in a mostly remote environment Experience using Teamwork or a similar project-management platform Dependable transportation for weekly shoots, monthly meetings, and other production needs in the Austin area

Schedule and Compensation Hours:

Monday- Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office. Most work is completed remotely, but reliable in-person attendance is required for weekly content shoots, monthly team meetings, and other scheduled production needs.
