Sky Carp Videography Internship As a Sky Carp Videographer Intern, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience creating video content for a professional Minor League Baseball organization while developing your skills in videography, editing, storytelling, and sports marketing. The Beloit Sky Carp are seeking a driven and creative videographer who is ready to capture the energy, excitement, and personality of ABC Supply Stadium. From game action and player moments to fans, promotions, community events, and behind-the-scenes content, this role will help tell the full Sky Carp story through video.

We're looking for a driven, motivated, and creative individual who takes initiative and is eager to make an impact. The ideal candidate is someone who doesn't wait to be told what to create. You see an opportunity, grab a camera, find the shot, and make it happen. We want someone who is constantly looking for new ideas, willing to experiment, and excited to find creative ways to tell the Sky Carp story.

Responsibilities:

Capture live video content at all Sky Carp home games and other events as needed. Encapsulate the experience of live sports in the form of both player/game highlights and fan engagement. Create theme night, player hype videos, and promotional videos with a quick turnaround. Collaborate with team staff to incorporate live video content into social media coverage and other marketing initiatives. Film and edit projects from concept to completion. Organize and upload captured video clips to the team's Dropbox for use by the marketing and social media team. Maintain a professional demeanor and always positively represent the Beloit Sky Carp. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to capture professional-level footage of live sports is required. Strong understanding of composition, framing, lighting, camera movement, audio, and visual storytelling. Familiarity with professional cameras and video equipment. Ability to independently film and edit projects from start to finish. Strong creative instincts and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated and eager to learn, experiment, and improve. Dependable, organized, professional, and able to meet deadlines. Pursuing a career in sports, videography, communications, marketing, or a related field. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be available for all Sky Carp home games and have reliable transportation to and from ABC Supply Stadium on gamedays. Candidates without a viewable portfolio of previous work will not be considered
