Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customs Entry Writer to join our dynamic logistics team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of customs entries, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and facilitating smooth international trade operations. Your expertise will help optimize supply chain efficiency, mitigate risks, and uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance across global trade activities. Responsibilities Prepare and submit customs entries for import shipments Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documents for accuracy. Ensure customs entries comply with applicable import regulations and requirements. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, clients, and other parties to resolve documentation discrepancies. Monitor changes in customs regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade laws to ensure ongoing compliance. Track shipment status and assist with customs clearance issues. Maintain accurate records and meet filing deadlines. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in customs entry writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customs entry software. Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import documentation. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
