Experienced Service Writer Manager - Monday-Friday Performance Pay in a Growth-Focused Shop Want to enjoy coming to work again? We're looking for an experienced Service Writer / Manager who wants to be part of a team that runs on clear systems, strong ethics, and real accountability, not chaos. Cryotune Performance is growing, and we need a top-level sales advisor with proven leadership and management experience to help lead our front of house and support our expanding client base. We're a maintenance and repair shop that also specializes in performance installations and tuning. We take pride in doing things the right way with organized workflow, digital inspections, weekly training, and clearly defined goals. You won't be guessing what success looks like here. We track it. We coach it. We help you hit it. What This Position Involves Sales is a core responsibility of this position. You need to be comfortable closing sales, overcoming objections, following up, and building trust with customers while maintaining strong ethics. This is not a position who just wants to tell others what to do but to guide the front of the house with our core values. Along with producing sales, you'll help lead the front of house and take ownership of customer experience, workflow, accountability, and day-to-day operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and properly documenting concerns Reviewing Digital Vehicle Inspections and technician notes Presenting and closing repair recommendations clearly and honestly Following up on estimates and declined work Scheduling work and helping manage daily workflow Handling customer concerns and finding solutions Handling repair orders and payments accurately Working directly with our Foreman to ensure delivery times and customer expectations are met Tracking team KPIs and making sure front-of-house goals are being achieved Auditing front-of-house processes and helping hold the team accountable Working directly with vendors and helping resolve parts or billing issues Helping lead meetings, training, coaching, and team development Working with ownership and our bookkeeping team to ensure administrative details don't fall through the cracks This is not just a desk management position. You will personally produce a significant portion of our monthly sales while also helping lead the department with another strong service advisor already trained and succeeding daily. We train every week so you understand exactly how to win in this role. During your first 90 days, we'll progressively train you into the management side of Cryotune while you learn our customers, systems, processes, and team. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Service Advisor in an automotive repair shop Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role with direct experience in coaching, development, and accountability Proven sales ability and confidence overcoming customer objections Strong communication and customer-service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable making decisions and solving problems Comfortable discussing repairs and maintenance with confidence Able to lead while still being part of the team Positive attitude — this is non-negotiable Knowledge of KPIs such as ARO, gross profit %, hours per RO, gross profit per hour, closing percentage, and sales goals is required. We track our numbers and expect our leaders to understand them. Pay Structure This is a performance-based pay plan. Expected compensation is $80,000-$150,000 per year, depending on consistency, sales performance, leadership, and results. There are multiple opportunities to generate sales — walk-ins, phone calls, follow-ups, existing customers, and inspection-based recommendations. Your income reflects your performance.
