Responsibilities Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions Demonstrates knowledge of admission and exclusionary criteria adolescent, adult and geriatric programs. Assesses patients and coordinates psychiatric admission or referral to appropriate provider. Pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric. Makes appropriate referral when prospective patient does not meet inpatient criteria. Pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric. Knowledgeable about diagnostic criteria and demonstrates ability to give a diagnostic impression. Pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric. Document all patient information, data, and interactions in a clear and concise manner. Completes all components of the admission process as appropriate. CPR certification.

Education:

Registered Nurse, BS Or Master's level

Experience:

Prior inpatient hospital experience preferred or equivalent. Two years of work experience in a psychiatric related setting.
