Compare physical documents against existing recorded metadata to ensure they match accurately. Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information and use good judgment when reviewing materials. Organize documents appropriately for delivery to the external scanning vendor. Handle historical materials carefully and follow established document-handling procedures. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the sorting process. Complete assigned work within established deadlines and project timelines. Work independently while following project guidelines and instructions. Support the overall digitization and preservation of important historical records.
