This role involves hosting a pop-up Pilates session, with the potential to grow into a regular weekly event. The ideal candidate will create an inspiring environment where women can commit to themselves, enjoy a great workout, and leave feeling accomplished. This position is perfect for an instructor who values community, motivation, and helping women show up for themselves through movement. Duties Lead engaging and effective Pilates Sculpt classes tailored to women seeking a motivating workout experience. Implement stretching as an equal part of the class. Guide participants through exercises that emphasize strength, flexibility, and body awareness while maintaining proper form and safety. Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere that encourages women to prioritize their health and self-care. Provide modifications or alternatives as needed to accommodate different fitness levels. Promote the class within the community or brand channels to attract participants and grow the event into a regular weekly occurrence. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all sessions and address any participant concerns professionally. Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm to inspire confidence and motivation among attendees. Experience Proven experience as a Pilates instructor or in teaching group fitness classes, preferably with a focus on sculpting or strength training. Strong understanding of Pilates techniques, anatomy, and proper exercise form. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of women. Experience hosting or leading pop-up fitness events is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for community-building is essential. Certification in Pilates instruction or related fitness qualifications is preferred. Ability to adapt classes for different fitness levels while maintaining an energetic and positive environment.
