The space is warm, neutral, and design-forward, built for stillness, strength, and recovery, with an infrared sauna on site.
Our schedule offers four formats:
Glow Flow (warm slow flow), Glow Hot (heated, high-intensity), Glow Sculpt (yoga + weights), and Glow Restore (gentle recovery). About this role We're hiring founding instructors specifically to lead our Glow Hot and Glow Sculpt classes, the more athletic formats on our schedule. These need a different kind of teaching than traditional vinyasa or slow flow, and that's the gap we're hiring for. If you also teach Glow Flow or Glow Restore beautifully, even better but the priority for this hire is strength and heat. What you'll teach Glow Sculpt (92-95°F): yoga flow + light weights, resistance, core, functional movement Glow Hot (100-105°F): athletic, sweat-driven, strength + endurance focus
Optional :
Glow Flow or Glow Restore if they're in your wheelhouse You're a strong fit if you Program for fatigue and progression, not just sequencing Cue weights, tempo, and reps as confidently as breath and alignment Coach form and muscle engagement clearly Can hold the room in heat: energy, pacing, presence Come from a Sculpt, Power Yoga, Lagree, Pilates, barre, or group fitness background Probably not the right fit if Your teaching is primarily slow flow, restorative, or meditation-led You don't currently incorporate strength or resistance work Qualifications 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification (required) Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Strong understanding of alignment, anatomy, and injury-aware cueing Confident teaching mixed-level classes Reliable, punctual, and prepared Warm, grounded presence with strong communication skills Availability for mornings, evenings, and/or weekends Nice to Have (Not Required): Heated yoga experience Boutique studio experience Compensation & Perks Guaranteed base hourly pay for all scheduled shift hours Attendance-based class bonuses Complimentary studio classes Growth opportunities as the studio expands Flexible schedule Founding instructors get first pick on schedule and a real voice in how the strength program develops How to Apply Please submit: Resume Short teaching bio Yoga certification(s) Teaching video (if available)
