The academy is committed to making high-quality music education accessible and inspiring for learners of all ages and skill levels. Faculty members support students from their first lesson through advanced preparation for competitions, performances, and college auditions, fostering a lifelong love of music in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Role Description We are expanding our creative programs and seeking an Art Teacher with advanced training in drawing to lead engaging group classes for students of all ages. The Art Teacher will design and deliver visual arts lessons with a strong emphasis on drawing fundamentals, including line, form, perspective, proportion, shading, and observational drawing, while encouraging personal artistic expression.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Changes from your original:

Drawing is now the focus. Painting is still included but is secondary. Master's degree required. The bachelor's requirement is now a master's in drawing or fine arts, which screens applicants from the start. Group experience is explicit. It's listed as a requirement and appears in the duties, so solo private tutors will see it's not a match. Portfolio requested. It's the fastest way to judge drawing skill. If you add a salary range, you'll likely get more qualified applicants. I can also shorten this to fit a social media post.
