We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our growing team at our new, boutique studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Pilates techniques and a commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for clients of all levels. You will be leading a variety of classes, including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, and Sculpt Pilates. Responsibilities include Lead dynamic, effective, and engaging Pilates classes for individuals and groups of various skill levels. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants while providing clear, motivating instruction. Maintain a clean and organized studio space. Provide modifications and progressions based on clients' needs and abilities. Foster a positive, supportive community environment. Stay updated with the latest Pilates trends and techniques. Qualifications Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer, Mat, and Barre certification). Previous teaching experience in a studio setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
