Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in arts and art education and a genuine desire to inspire students of all ages and skill levels. This role involves teaching students in a supportive and engaging environment, fostering their love for music while developing their skills. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the class needs and skill levels. Provide instruction on art techniques, theory, and practical skills. Create a positive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a respectful and focused environment for all students. Engage with students' families to discuss progress and address any concerns or questions regarding their education. Experience Proven experience in tutoring or teaching art is preferred. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain an effective learning environment. Experience working with diverse groups of students, including adults and children of varying skill levels. Knowledge of lesson planning strategies that cater to different learning styles and needs. Background in special education or childcare is a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with all students effectively.
