This engaging, part-time role spans three days a week, beginning August 25, 2026, and concluding June 8, 2027. Located conveniently near Bristol, CT, you'll empower students by leveraging your linguistic talents and educational expertise within a supportive school setting.

Key Qualifications:

Valid state teaching certification with TESOL or bilingual education endorsement Strong proficiency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) Demonstrated experience teaching in bilingual, general education, or special education environments Adept at working with Multilingual Language Learners (MLL) and students at varying proficiency levels Completion of required educational background, preparation programs, and exam credentials for state licensure

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted instruction in Spanish and English to foster academic achievement among ELL/MLL students Design and implement curriculum adaptations and individualized learning strategies for students from diverse language backgrounds Collaborate with general and special education faculty to support inclusive classroom practices Maintain clear communication with families and staff, providing updates on student progress and advocacy for multilingual learners Foster an engaging, culturally responsive classroom environment that supports language development and social-emotional growth As an integral member of the team, youll benefit from a schedule that promotes work-life balance.
