KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver engaging, standards-aligned world language instruction for grades K-8. Develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in the target language. Use interactive lessons, technology, and culturally relevant activities. Differentiate instruction and assess student growth. Maintain clear classroom routines and a positive learning environment. Maintain lesson plans, grades, attendance, and family communication. Collaborate with colleagues and support schoolwide initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in education, world languages, or a related field. Appropriate Michigan teaching certification/endorsement or eligibility as required. Demonstrated proficiency in the language taught. Elementary or middle school teaching experience preferred. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
